Return Policy

Please read the following information carefully to understand Craftmasters of Nantucket's exchange for store credit policy, please note we do not do returns.

Exchanges For Store Credit

We are very proud of the quality of our products and make it a priority to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. If for any reason, your item does not meet your expectations, you may send your item back to us in exchange for store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

We can issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used for any future purchases in our store and will not expire. 

Monogrammed or custom embroidered items cannot be returned and are not eligible for store credit. Scrimshaw and other custom items cannot be exchanged for store credit. 

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.

Quality and damage related returns will require providing an image of the item to help us understand the issue. 

If more than 30 days have gone by since we shipped you your items, unfortunately we cannot accept your exchange for store credit.

To Initiate an Exchange

You can create an exchange for store credit by emailing us at craftmastersinfo@gmail.com or calling us at (508) 228-0322. Be sure to have the order number and your email address available. 

Exchanges may be either done in store or by mail. 

Please note that all returned merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging.

If the exchange policy is not followed, the exchange will be rejected and the cost of the return will be at cost to the buyer.

 

Additional Information 

  • Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who received it.
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in any form.
